Dealing With Microsoft Xbox 360 Lights?
Microsoft’s repair doesn’t always fix the Three Red Lights on Xbox 360. That’s because the company usually refurbishes your system or send your refurbished model instead of actually repairing the root cause of the problem–too much heat. If you’re still under warranty, though, it’s a good idea to send your system off the Microsoft. But if your warranty is expired you’ll be expected to pay well over $100, which is not worth it in my opinion. You would be better off fixing the console yourself with a good walk-through repair guide. You can usually find these repair guides for around $30.
