Great interval Training Workout

I have been doing the Treadmill Trainer Volume 3 interval training workout now for three weeks – after doing Volume 2 for three months which was fantastic, especially as I had never run before.  I was an avid walker but that’s about it!!!!!  I thought I was challenged with volume 2 but volume 3 is unbelievable.  I feel fantastic!!!!  I have more energy, and challenge myself more each time. More importantly I have become much more lean  - which was my goal!!!! Never in my wildest dreams I thought that I would reach this level. I look forward to the next challenge!
