Loving Our House
My husband and I bought a house the first year we were married. We were very lucky to get quite a bit of money at our wedding reception and we used that money as a down payment on a house. We decided to get a fixed rate mortgage because it seemed like the best option. After doing a lot of research online, we were sure that the fixed rate was the best, I can still remember how awesome it felt to sign the final papers at closing. It was really cool. We love our house and use it to entertain throughout the year.
