Is Abandoment Grounds For Divorce?
What do you do when there is no spouse to contest or not? It is this situation that I presented to an Orlando divorce attorney recently. My husband moved out of the bedroom over 3 years ago but refused to leave the home offering no explanation except that he no longer wanted to be married. Finally, I managed to sell the house just prior to foreclosure and the date of the closing was the last time I have seen him. How do you get a divorce from someone that you can not locate?
