Puppy Training Simplicity
Everyone thinks a new puppy will automatically know the rules of his new environment, but this is not true. Dog obedience training begins as soon as the new puppy is introduced to her new environment. Your puppy will need an adjustment period. When I brought my new puppy home, he was terrified, and after all, I took him from his only surroundings he had ever known. He cried some as he attempted to “sniff” his way around the house and familiarize himself with his new environment. I allowed him time to smell all the new smells, while directing him to his food, water, and where he needed to eliminate.
