Surprising my Girlfriend on Valentines Day
I really wanted to make Valentines day extra special last year so I decided to make a real effort in order to make it one to remember for my girlfriend. I find Valentines Day to be one of the cheesiest days of the year with rows of tables in restaurants with couples sat opposite one another staring into each other’s eyes. I didn’t want to join these people so I decided to find a tasty recipe and cook for my girlfriend at home. I created a tasty three course meal with candles in the middle of the table. We exchanged a few gifts then settled down on the sofa with a bottle of wine to end the perfect day.
