Is true power generated through technique

Saturday, February 13th, 2010

Power can be elusive to golfers. Is true power generated through technique, strength or something more? Every golfer wants more power, more distance, more consistency. Here are 3 ways to generate the kind of power you have only dreamed of…until now.Spinal Rotation. Every time you swing the golf club, you rotate around your spine. So, what does this have to do with power? Power is generated every time you stabilize your hips to make a full backswing with spinal rotation. Most golfers have heard of the X factor. This, of Atlanta Golf Courses, refers to the differential between the movement in your hips and your spine. Increase your spinal rotation and a new sense of power will be released.

Rob Watts Can Teach You What You Want To Learn About Golf

Wednesday, February 10th, 2010

I love learning about new sports that I have never played, and I have decided that I want to start playing golf.  My father has played ever since I was little and I used to go with him whenever he went to course.  I was looking for an instructor and the one that I am leans towards is Rob Watts.  From the information that I have read, has made me realize that maybe he is the best in this field.  I am glad I was able to find out this information and I want to see what I can do.

More Time Outside

Tuesday, February 2nd, 2010

I run a small day care out of my home.  I watch four children besides my own and I am always looking for fun outdoor games to help keep them entertained.  We spend at least an hour a day on outdoor activities and two hours a day on learning activities.  The rest of the time they read or play imaginative games inside.  I have been thinking of increasing the time they spend outside on nice days now that most of the kids are a little bit older.  They seem to have so much energy and sometimes without enough outdoor activity they do not play as well inside or concentrate on the learning activities.

My new Surfing Spot on the Coast

Wednesday, January 27th, 2010

I have been looking for a new spot to surf for the last 6 months.  I have been traveling around the coast to find that spot that nobody seems to know about.  However, the more I have looked the more I have learned that the good spots are all figured out by now.  In fact surfing is just one of those things that you need to be patient about.  I got this hand book about how to surf years ago and I have learned a lot.  But there is still so much that I want to learn about before I retire from it all.

My Colleague Showed Me His New westbeach morrissey jacket

Friday, January 15th, 2010

My colleague Andy and I have just recently found out that we actually share many of the same hobbies and interests, with snowboarding being at the top of that list.  He and I have both spent a lot of time in Vail, Colorado, and also at a couple of different resorts in the Salt Lake City, Utah area.  Andy came to work yesterday with a big box under his arm and a big smile on his face, and pulled out the coolest snowboarding gear ever: his new westbeach morrissey jacket.  I told him that I was absolutely going to have to play catch up now and get one too!

In America it is estimated that over 17 million people have some form of diabetes.  That’s a lot of people.  Whats worse, is that that number is on a constant rise as Americans gain more and more weight.  This is a hard trend to reverse because eating habits are so hard to change.

As I was contemplating this, I came accross the pH miracle diabetes book.  This book talks about this growing epidemic that is taking over Americans, and it discusses ways to combat it.  It includes helpful advice, as well as tasty and healthy recipes.  Its definitely worth the buy.

Get Advice About Golf Equipment From A Local Pro

Friday, January 1st, 2010

Back when I was in school, I used to have a friend of mine, my very best friend, that used to love to play golf every spare second he had.  I’ve not seen him for some years, but we are planning on meeting this coming spring, because he’s actually a pro that is teaching folks to play at a local course.  Naturally, I figured that I would get myself some decent golf equipment, all based on his recommendations of course, before we met so that I am set to learn from him.  It will be fun getting to see him and learn from him.

How Much Water Storage Do I Need?

Saturday, December 19th, 2009

Many people are confused as to how much water they need in case of an emergency. Well, this can depend on a lot of factors including how many people and animals you need to take care of and how much space you have in your home. At a bare minimum you should have 1 liter per person in the family per day (3 days is recommended), and then more for pets and other animals. This is the very basic amount just for drinking, and if you have the ability you should store more for drinking, and hopefully for other needs as well. This emergency water storage is crucial.

Basketball Rumors

Wednesday, December 16th, 2009

There are many NBA rumors floating around out there.  Who knows what to believe with so many tales and self proclaimed professional sports gurus.  One thing is for sure though, there are millions of NBA rumors websites out there, and I’m sure that they’re all not in it to keep the sporting fans up to date with current information.

When you find a reliable and reputable NBA rumors website, it is always a good idea to bookmark the site and even join the membership list if there is one.  That way you know that the information will be somewhat accurate.  Most other sites leach they’re information from the professional sites anyway, and the others are just not worth bothering about.
