Benefits of a Plan
My husband and I decided to write a retail business plan after we started opened our clothing store. The reason that we did it was to give us some clear goals to try to reach. We even included what we have to do from day to day in order to reach our goals. So far, we are sticking to our plan and doing a great job. Since writing the plan we have noticed that we have more money now than we have ever had before. I think it is a good idea for all businesses to have a short term and long term plan.
