Are tenat loans easy to come by?
Tenant loans can be some what difficult to come by, not impossible but they can be hard.
Since tenant loans are almost always unsecured loans, unless the person seeking the loan has an excellent credit rating, it can be difficult to get one unless the person finds a trustworthy co-signer to co-sign the loan for him and to take responsibility in case the debtor defaults on the tenant loan.
There are some excellent brokers who may be willing to take a chance on someone who needs a loan and who is a renter of some kind, but, the better the credit rating you would have the better chance of actually getting the actual loan.
